| Who Are We?Remote PC Rescue is a London based computer consulting company founded by Mike Wynne with over 20 years of experience in the computer industry. Our mission is to provide affordable expert computer support services primarily to Senior Citizens who may find themselves grappling with their new computers, or unsure what to do when their PC stops performing in the way that they expect. (You don't have to be a Senior Citizen to use our services!!)
Through our Partner links with Microsoft Certified Technicians we aim to solve your computer problems. Our services include hardware and software repair and troubleshooting, wireless network and equipment support, spyware and virus detection and removal, system security and online privacy solutions, data backups and transfers, and other important forms of computer support that meet the demands of today's savvy computer users.
We will also show users how to do everyday computer tasks and offer training in how to use your software applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets, audio and video etc.
We do all of this remotely by using the latest technology to access your computer whilst you watch. You always have complete control and supervision over your PC
